My name is Angela Amos 32 years old a proud mother of one. Currently I reside in Zanzibar where I get to parcipate in the tourism chain as one of its stakeholder. From being a hotel attendant I have grown to a renowned Hotel manager at Ananda villa. This was through hard work, devotion, team player and good networking skills. Through this growth I have also notice a great change in tourism in our country to just being a region with beautiful beaches to one of the most prominent touristic site globally.
This tourism has brought a lot of benefits to the nation through foreign investment, increased employment opportunities and led to improvement of infrastructure. I envision a Zanzibar well that is well advertised globally, a Zanzibar that is more accessible to tourists and investment but also a Zanzibar that preserves its culture while providing space for other cultures to thrive. My dream is to empower women, fostering independence, and advocating for their rights as I strive to become an influential figure. Thank you
